An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 366ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered mobile number on file prior to any deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. 366ph will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 366ph reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirement — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification and withdrawal processing procedures.
You may close your 366ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any resulting balance will be returned to you.
366ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 366ph will provide notice to registered players via the contact details on file (typically via SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number) at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
